This evening class is seasonal, and runs from Sept 15-Dec 20


All Group Classes last 60 minutes

Monday’s group class focuses on a range of body weight exercises that mix many aspects of Foundation Training with repetitions of critical day to day body movements like squatting, lifting and lunging.  I put a heavy focus on balance, stabilization and flexibility. This class is great to work the kinks out after a hard weekend, or get re-set and balanced for the week ahead.

Wednesday's evening session starts with a 20 minute Foundation heavy routine to get fully warm and activated. We then follow with two circuits, one that is core focused, and a second that mixes more traditional strength movements like steps, swings and presses. We build strength through cycling simliar range of motions, and focus more on technique than brute strength.
